Letter from the Administrator

Dear Residents, Families and Friends of Santa Fe Care Center:

Thank you for trusting us with your care or the care of a loved one. We pride ourselves on the care that is provided here, so your feedback on our service is very valuable and appreciated! Feel free to let us know how we are doing. There are “Above & Beyond” nomination cards by the Hall 3 entrance, comment cards by the front door, and Grievance Forms outside of the Conference Room. Once any of these are filled out, they can be placed in the Comment Box by the front door, or under my office door, also by the front door.

September is Fiesta month, and the beginning of Fall! Please be sure to join us for activities. There will be occasions for learning and celebrating throughout the month, thanks to Mario Sandoval, Activities Director and his staff!

My door is open to you – please visit anytime. Thank you again for the opportunities that you have given us here at Santa Fe Care center.
