Our Dietary Department

Dining is truly one of the most important activities conducted at our facility. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and those times in between they operate 24/7. Serving 110 residents, and 60 staff meals daily is no simple task, and they are always interested in getting better. Our daily menus are more like the local specialty cuisine we experience in
Santa Fe. Kudos to Tony Mora III (far right) our Dietary Manager, Sandra (A 34-year employee), and Julia.
