Success Stories – June 2019

This month’s success story is quadruple! Denise L., Michael L., and Robert W. came to Santa Fe Care Center for short term therapy. What happened is another demonstration of how SFCC is a home, a community, and a support system. Denise, Michael, and Robert sat daily with long term resident, David Torres for meals. The three became fast friends and with David. They supported and encouraged each other, laughed and joked, and bonded not only between them but also with the resident…and other residents that have chosen to make Santa Fe Care Center their home. Denise, Michael, and Robert all successfully progressed therapeutically and medically and were able to return home. David remains here, still supporting the next resident(s) who come in for short term rehabilitation. Thank-you Denise, Michael, and Robert and congratulations and thank-you David.
